I think this is a great practice. Brita Santing is a top dentist. Provides clear explanations and works punctually and adequately!

Always had good experiences until I got another dentist. This gentleman (will not mention his name) thought it necessary to make derogatory comments. When I said something about it, and because of that I had not been for a while, they just wrote me out by letter. When I came to get a story at the counter I was again very arrogantly shown the door by the receptionist. A pity, because I have been a patient here for more than 5 years.

Pretty bad, the dentists are young and amateur. They don't listen to the customer.

After 30 years of check-up and treatment at this dentist, they unsubscribed me without any announcement. The reason for this is that I moved and didn't go for a while! There is no communication about this, no phone call, no email. They wrote me out without mercy! Operator was very curt and blunt and not helpful at all. I could not be registered again. Even 1 star is too much for this review. Otherwise I would have given them a 0 with love.

Excellent service. Only the long waiting time is the problem. Hope they start thinking about this problem.
