Thanks to prevention assistant Lutine, I have more insight into the proper care of my teeth. In combination with dental cleanings, I therefore have fewer complaints than before. The practice offers friendly, calm and competent service. A porcelain crown can be made within 1 appointment: from grinding the tooth to securing the crown, I was not even an hour and a half lost from start to finish and could watch the design. While I was drinking a cup of tea, a device in the room next door made a customized crown from a block of porcelain. You are in very good hands with this dentist!

I would like to share my pleasant experiences with the practice and the treating physician. For the past year and a half I have been in practice very regularly in connection with a complex process of prayer repair, orthodontics, implants and crowns. The communication was very pleasant, the approach is personal and the treatment very professional. The way in which Jorna played a pivotal role in the collaboration between me as a patient, the specialists at Deventer hospital and her own practice is worth a big compliment. I am very satisfied with the result and recommend the practice to anyone looking for an expert doctor!

What a disappointment .... I wanted to switch from a dentist with my family because I have not experienced the staff changes in recent years as pleasant at my current dentist. After some research I ended up at the practice of dentist Jorna. This seemed very useful to me since the physio and doctor are in the same building. After talking to a very friendly gentleman, I was convinced; I'm going to register! As agreed, neatly completed the registration form and receive a confirmation email from it; so far so good…. Just called by the dentist himself; My application could not be made final because my son has already received braces elsewhere and this could not be done by Jorna himself ... When I told her that the friendly gentleman (it turned out to be the practice manager) from the previous phone call had told me that this would not be a problem for my daughter's registration and I was brutally interrupted ... The dentist literally said that I did not speak the truth and did not let me finish talking. When I told her that I experienced the tone and her message as very unpleasant and not customer-friendly, her tone became even less pleasant. After this I broke the connection and afterwards I am very happy that I saw / experienced the true nature of this dentist just in time ... I cannot give any opinion on her work as a dentist, but I can give her opinion on her customer friendliness and communication style; heavily below par and disappointing ... Response to Jorna's response: First of all I will keep the honor to myself and do not post here the initial reaction of Jorna to the review written above ... This first reaction of Jorna was full of rock-hard untruths, uncollegial and privacy-violating claims towards my old dentist and towards me and and my family .... Fortunately, Jorna has removed these personal and hurting untruths (just in time) ... The, according to Jorna regrettable, 1-star rating is not, as Jorna claims, about her substantive work as a dentist and orthodontist but purely and simply about her way of communicating and customer friendliness towards me as a potential new client ... Her initial reaction to my review unfortunately confirms this picture again.
