I ordered a second hand Washing machine and it was delivered in 2 working days. They promise 1-5 days, so that was pretty good. On the day the delivery would be between 11.00 and 13.30, but they rang at 1030, if I was already home, as they could be at my house in 10 minutes. So they arrived in 10 minutes, very friendly people.
They were very quick indeed, but they had made sure the washing machine was level and promised me they would be back next day, if I found anything wrong with it.
I have tried the mashine and all looks pretty good.
Prices are about the same as other companies who sell second hand , but they had more options in the price range I was looking for.
So in short: so far, so good. I can recommend them.
I have ordered washing machine and dryer from this shop on Jan2021. Price is reasonable and products are good.
But I don’t recommend to pay their installation services. It costs me 60EUR, but I have to argue with the deliver guys for more than 10 minutes to convince them to bring those into bottom of my laundry room. Eventually I show them by myself how to move those... They really want to just get work done quickly and left irresponsibly. So unprofessional !!
All the good reviews here must be FAKE! Stay away from this company! WE ordered washing machine, first delivery failed, Second time he didnt even let us know, so we were waiting all day at home for nothing. It's IMPOSSIBLE to contact this guy, he will NOT answer any messages and dont even dream about calling him because he will never answer his phone anyway. I cancelled my order after two failed deliveries and he REFUSES give me my money back. Save yourself troubles and headaches and buy your appliance somewhere else. THIS GUY IS A THE WORST!
The dryer works flawlessly. The only downside is very hard contact with the seller and longer delivery time than they advertise on the site.
Dryer ordered in May, everything went neatly and quickly. Delivery guy was a nice man. Even other family members have ordered from you because you give a 6-month warranty.
A few months later my dryer stopped working. Called, appended several times online form filled to no avail! Why give a 6 month warranty while you are not going to respond!
