But a word for worthless, they don't even bother to see what the problem is. And immediately come up with a story that you lost the laptop for several days and have to pay without having touched the laptop.

Called to the office on Saturday if they were open on Sunday. I was told that this was the case, once closed there on Sunday.

we were in deventer with a macbook with a faulty keyboard. first had to wait a good 20 minutes before someone looked at us at all, then helped very improperly. our salesman looked at every corner to see if we had not opened it ourselves, we had crossed out the name on the invoice, he tried to see through it. he clearly did not trust us. he also asked me for my personal password. when I didn't give that, he said "we can still easily access your data otherwise." then we hear that it will take 1.5 weeks to get a diagnosis at all. and it is "high season" according to this dear gentleman and so it could take another 4 weeks before it was made. so 5.5 weeks in total. in short: terrible service, retarded waiting time, terribly suspicious staff. completely ridiculous !! avoid this shop !!!! you better go to Cardservices Zwolle !!
