Marja is a yoga teacher who is able to bring, lightness and suppleness into het class. I know her already for years and she keeps developing her practice. So to say she has a lot of disciplines and she takes the freedom to use them when she thinks it is necessary. Following classes with her means a challenge for your mind and body.

Marja Berntssen takes me for an hour and a half every week in her yoga class, which she prepares with a theme that gives my mind something to chew. Nice to be able to grow in her body and mind in her lessons. I learn a lot about yoga, the different poses, what my body can and cannot do and how I can be in balance. I am also very happy with the contact with the fellow students, there is a section in each lesson in which we work in pairs or trios. Great that this came into my life!

I think Marja is a special, loving yoga teacher. She gives her yoga lessons depth, starting with a point of attention for the lesson. Then she builds up her lesson to one particular posture. She takes the time to guide everyone individually. Her studio is light, feels comfortable and gives peace. I always come back as reborn

Marja brings her active yoga classes with a cheerful depth. She continues to develop and takes her students with them. With new accents, for example, she ensures better relaxation of body and mind. At Marja I learned how fun it can be to move.

I'm a fan of Marja. I come out of class every week as reborn. The peace, her insights, the meditation, her help with the postures and fine energy ensure a wonderful yoga class. Namaste!
