Very happy with Mr. Mühlstaff! Takes my case very seriously and does everything to get it done well / in confidence. I receive all e-mails, which gives me a good insight into what is going on between my lawyer and the counterparty. I am absolutely no expert in the field of law and therefore have many questions. "If you don't understand something, let me know right away!" is then said. "Better to ask for clarification too often than once too little!" This is very nice for someone who is difficult to ask for help. You are really looked at as a human being. And not as "a standard case". I am happy with humanity and therefore also cooperation. Top! # Recommended!

I experienced the guidance mainly as very distant and not very involved. I had hoped for unburdening and exercise in my business. Neither has been realized. I had to call everything at the end, emails were not forwarded, holidays are not reported, attachments are forgotten and errors are broken. Also no consultation, advice or strategy from the lawyer. Just email and cast in a standard format which you ultimately come up with and deliver. There is no advice or proactivity. Final result: no progress has been made with the other party during negotiations. Also no feedback received and no attachments. A big bill for literally nothing. I never write a bad review but would really look further; you go to a lawyer because you need support. It is not cheap so it is important that you make a good choice.
