Very happy with the oak bathroom furniture and the oval washbasins. We also ordered the large, round mirror with lighting and 2 x black, sleek box for shampoo in the shower. It is a beautiful combination and good quality, the oak also remains very nice in the bathroom. A must!

We have a Looox bathroom mirror that showed rust on the rim after two years. But Looox did not want to do anything with the complaint because the period of 2 years had just expired. What a bad service !!

I would like a mirror for which you charge almost 2000 euros. No problem, but it seems that the bad communication is not going to succeed. Unfortunately!!

A beautiful bathroom furniture bought, less than a year later, the furniture was full of water rings and black edges that really did not sit on it .. after a long urging, we have had a replacement furniture, as a solution because our current furniture irreparably damaged was .. but places ho but .. this is too much trouble .. while they have the expertise just in house. I would not recommend anyone to Looox furniture. It looks nice, but totally unsuitable for a bathroom. And with a "customer service" that only provides standard answers, you do not get any further. Except extra costs for a professional who has to install this new furniture now, in less than a year!
