After an appointment on October 8 in the showroom of ABC, we were waiting for a quote for a complete bathroom. Even after an email no response. Bad.

Very bad service. Do not keep agreements. After about 6 months you will eventually get the sink from the showroom. Now lost € 700 again for repairs (cracks in the main drain) caused by ABC. If it doesn't fit, then use force. This repair work was done by another company.

Good experiences with this company. People take all the time to talk things through. Be sure to check carefully if what you had in mind is ordered to make sure that the details are up to date. A bathroom is a complex product. The interior of a malfunctioning thermostat valve was replaced quickly and without problems. Nice bathrooms for a fair price. Very satisfied with Rob van Zuuk who coordinates the installation of the bathroom. Craftsman as a tiler and perfectionist in the implementation.
