Promises to act quickly in terms of quotation, but does not keep 3x promises. Does not listen well to our wishes.

Our radiator was less than two years old and had started to rust. Not the best quality, but they have replaced it. We did not have to pay for the radiator itself. Good service here. We had to wait 4 weeks for it. And 1.5 hours labor costs were also charged for something that the installer was doing for an hour. After a comment on this, it was justified as call-out charges. Not so customer friendly and not really chic if you ask me. Not such a good feeling about it. Unfortunately.

this company broke open the floor in the attic. after a month it is still open. even after having had contact a few times. then you can find it out yourself and call another company that will solve it. not customer friendly at all !!!

This company does not keep to the agreements. Employee Nathalie is downright vulgar. NO BUSINESS !!
