I've rented a house through NederWoon team from Deventer and they were very professional and always answered promptly all my questions about the property I was intending to rent.
I had a positive experience with Nederwon renting a house in Enschede. Communication and document processing went fast and smooth, and entirely via the internet. Unfortunately, an English translation for the rental agreement was not available, but all the incomprehensible parts were explained to me, and all my questions were resolved.
I found Nederwoon through the website of the appartement complex I ended up moving to.
All the communication was responsive and professional.
The key handover, although initially delayed, was great and everyone was friendly.
Yori was very friendly and helpful! She does a great job, very fast responses. It was definitely worth the 45 Euros I paid.
