Very bad, this agency treat their customers with fake respect, and after a too much long waiting they put the voicemail. very bad....

Recently I have suffered from a leak, this was not reported to me during the purchase of the house. During the purchase of the house, friendly and open etc. Tried to come to a compromise last Friday, this did not work, the office manager, so called himself, apparently did not understand what it was all about and only indicated that I knew that the house could have its cures / defects. Trying to explain that I am just misguided and that the bathroom is really not from 2019 as they say, but in vain. He sticks to his position ... Ten Hag Group misleads people and provides 0.0000% service. If there are any questions or uncertainties, you can contact me and I will explain it in detail.
