First experience? Completely fine. Second experience started difficult, but recovered well. Third experience? VERY lousy. Offer made on a property, no notice received before the deadline. Called in the back and promised to call back. This did not happen. Called again at the back and promised to be called back that same evening. Again not called back. You don't treat customers like that, do you?
