Exercise in this way is good. Certainly also by the enthusiastic trainers. Before you know it, the 30 minutes are over and you walk out the door satisfied.
I am very happy with Fit4lady Hillegom. There is a lot of fun training so that you can look forward to the next training. You can exercise at your own level. Good attention is paid to your posture so that you do not get unnecessary injuries. And your condition will improve, which is important for every woman. Especially because the women have a busy life.

There are 4 thoroughly trained trainers. They will give you a warm welcome. Don't hesitate and give it a try. I can recommend it.

First started with 5 Weekse, stuck and after 3 years as a trainer! It is so addictive, you keep your strength up and then you can also scooter 😃, so the condition remains good! How nice is it that you could make your hobby / sport your work! I did it!
