People know what they're talking about, the employees are great and provide good service.
It's a small store so there's not that many different kinds of products in the store, but this shouldn't matter since they can order any product you want anyway!
Since it's mostly a local store the one thing I don't like is how expensive it can be to shop for your electronics here. Local businesses are known for being more expensive but it's still a bit sad to have to go out of town for cheaper alternatives.
Bad customer service and warranty. If you come with a broken expensive vacuum cleaner of 2 months old, you will hear a small story so that it does not cost Obbink any money. Have me removed from the customer database on the spot. Went to Obbink Borculo again one day after my visit. My opinion has not changed, I just thought I had to apologize to shop staff because I was quite clear verbally, I should / could have done this in a cleaner way.
Criticism is allowed, but you must also be able to report if a problem is still resolved.
