I didn't expect it to be such a great experience to visit this center. Staff is kind, friendly and welcoming, procedure to get resident permit and BNC is fast and takes about 20 minutes. I never expected that level of service from government institution, the bar is really high, it fells like you are the customer for them and important.
Allows you to both register at Amsterdam municipality and (if needed) complete your immigration procedure to get your ID card.
It was mostly nice smiles and people happy to help you settle in. Present coffee/drink upon entry. It also has a small are with toys for the little ones.
It took much less time than I anticipated.
