Visited a house and this broker spoke to me. Got good impression at first. Indicated that I wanted to make an offer and asked for when to do so. Broker indicated that I could easily sleep on it and then make an offer. No sooner said than done. Call the next day that I wanted to make an offer, I get to hear from the same broker that the house has already been sold. That is why this company gets 1 star as a rating.
