Unfortunately a bad review. I had a leak on our boiler. Only completed the form on the website at the end of December. No reaction. Then called early January. Problem explained. Photos sent via whatsapp. Part would be ordered and people would come by. Two weeks later (leakage got worse) a phone call: mechanic is nearby and can come by. Please of course. On the day a phone call: mechanic is sick, appointment is moved. Two weeks of nothing (drip drip still did the water heater, ceiling increasingly broken) and then suddenly a phone call: mechanic is around tomorrow. Okay, come on over. That morning a Whatsapp message: other appointment is canceled, mechanic is not coming. Immediately called that I do not accept that, given the worsening leak. Ok, mechanic is coming anyway. It turned out that the mechanic had the wrong part with him, because the part that was needed was no longer available. What now? Well, mechanic couldn't remember. I would be called by the office. Nothing all day. Another WhatsApp at 6 pm: we are still calling. Nothing for days. Nothing for weeks. In the meantime, I had already repaired the leak after a tip from a friend. And then suddenly a bill for 170 euros, also for the useless part that I had not ordered. My conclusion: Koos Verbart does not want to drive further than 30 kilometers and does not employ many creative people. But sending invoices is fine. The mechanic, by the way, was friendly. But if the office makes a mess of it, you will lose me as a customer.
