Good cars and good service
The people who work here are dope af 🔥🔥
Car rental very close to Hilversum station. Fast processing. Friendly staff. Have to refill fuel tank before returning the car. Reasonable prices. Accepts pin.
location is good, however the cars they advertise are not what you get. For example they advertise VW Golf or similar but you do not get a golf or similar - you get a cheap model in the same size bracket.
Reserved a car with winter tires, paid for the extras and got a confirmation. When picking up the car it still had to be cleaned, and had no winter tires. Fortunately another europcar site not too far away had a car with winter tires, but I had to drive over there myself to pick it up. It cost me two hours extra in total, plus I had to pay myself for the extra distance for the mistake europcar had made.
The car was nice and new, staff was friendly and helpfull, but they really need to get their administration straight.
