Too bad, the car was delivered with a flat tire. After the car overheated due to a leaking head gasket, we had to wait for cousin to pick up the car himself. Were not allowed to call ANWB, they ended up standing along the road for 5 hours. Were not brought home, we were taken to the company itself. We got the option to rent a car for one more day to come home, luckily live close by and went for a walk. Friends and acquaintances have also rented cars from nephew and all the vehicles they have rented had problems. Conclusion: Vehicles have had almost no maintenance. Staff don't seem to care dst customers standing by the road. Bad rental company ! DO NOT RENT!
