The car broke down on top of a mountain. We waited two hours for a towtruck to get an identical car. The driver looked at it and fixed it but we still got the new car. Since he wasn't the company's mechanic they said the car was fine and we had to pay for the towtruck. I explained what happened and who fixed it but they still charged for the truck. Why would we wait to get an identical car? Don't use this company or their subsidiaries Thrifty/Hertz. They rip you off for fixing their faulty cars
