Got the roof fixed for a small leak. The next year on winter time, a new leak appeared in the same spot, they came to investigate after a long wait; just to conclude there was nothing to do. This year, another leak appeared in the same root. I have been waiting 3 weeks to make an appointment, only after intense call pressure got called back. The reason given: "there is people that are waiting for 2 months for an appointment". Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. I will be looking for someone else to fix the roof and definetively not working with them ever again. UPDATE: After long time without hearing anything from them, 2 guys from a different company showed up at my door, unannounced, on behalf of Vader to look at the leak. First of all, CREEPY. Having people sent over without previous knowledge is just wrong, unprofessional and completely lack of basic manners. Second, what would make them believe that I would trust anyone they recommend.

Already twice orders given to the firm Holy Father for new central heating and new gutters. They respond quickly and come with full quotes. This is certainly not the case with others. The work that is delivered is very good and the employees are more than neat.
