Already from mid-July a simple transfer of leasehold at the land registry done by Mrs. Van Capelle. Calling for months, always with the promise to be called back, that the file is on top of the pile and the most beautiful 'he is already on his way'. That was 4 months ago. I think this is a bastard treatment. It's ridiculous to deal with your client like this. Just again the promise that we will hear from them again on Tuesday. If we take the trouble to contact them again, we will. I no longer believe that this will be handled by Abma Schreurs Notarissen.

Not the most worked-out notary office I have experienced so far. They think it is necessary to communicate through an online system instead of a phone call or simple e-mail. I am definitely in favor of digitization, but there are things that you want to tackle more personally and that often goes much faster. If personal communication is successful after much fuss, the e-mails from the clerk are full of language errors. Transferring money directly to a savings account and what every official agency can and does is impossible according to this office. Incomprehensible, but ... luckily the buyer paid.
