My wife (foreign) went especially for me for an authentic Galle poppy seed, uncut. My wife was given a round ruskbread with poppy seeds pressed into her hands, sliced, loudly confirming that this was real Galle. It is precisely the braided character of the bread that provides that wonderfully creamy / crunchy taste experience. My pleasure in eating it was at least spoiled this time.

tastiest bakery in the whole of the Netherlands, even a day later the bread is even better than the average bakery on the corner!

Nice thing, but the Sacher cake was much 'too dry' (not very creamy)
