The baklava is delicious!! As good as the best ones I've had in Istanbul

I spent one day at the toilette after visiting this store for the first time!! Old baklava and spoilt firin sutlac and other products bought. Disaster. Rude staff They act as if they do you a favor if you are not Turk Too expensive for what they offer And also: you are a Dutch company in the Netherlands. So speak Dutch or at least Englsh to your customers and not Turkish, if you see that they do not speak Turkish. I would rate -1 if I could

Not the nicest people but the pastries/sweets are amazing

Terrible service. I went here twice and both times they were out of order of something we wanted to eat there. The staff is not experienced at all: mostly teenagers who cannot keep record of orders and tables being served. On top of this, the staff does not attend to the corona restrictions: one of their waiters stood too close to me and almost whispered into my ear. This place is below all level. Do not bother to visit. Waist of your time and money.

Everything is awesome but prepare your wallet. Good service + good products = (expensive price)
