Very pleased with Tandartsenpraktijk Van de Veer Osdorp. The staff is always nice and helpful. We especially love our dentist doctor Koss! She is pleasant and professional, and extra gentle with my daughters (10 and 7). I also appreciate the fact that there is an orthodontist on the premises, handy. They never 'push' for extra expensive unnecessary treatments and are always transparent on costs. Very happy!

Really disappointing, I subscribed and went for the first time. When calling to make the appointment I clearly said that I was booking a cleaning (which she repeated and confirm on the phone). The reception confirmed a time an date for the cleaning appointment, I guess my mistake was to not ask a confirmation via email but that should be automatic (as mention in there policy). When I went for the appointment, the lady performing the treatment was really kind only the appointment booked was an intake and not a cleaning. I understand that you need to perform an intake for new client but then be transparent !!! Do not confirm an appointment and book something else instead. now I have to go back and need to take time upon my work again, for a simple cleaning it's a bit much...

After having tried so many dentist in Amsterdam, I have been so happy to discover this dentist. I always been afraid to go for check up. Since I meet Anaelle Cohen, I can finally go there without any fear. Fantastic address!

I went few times for orthodontic problems and for a check up and cleaning . I was really happy each time . A French dentist : Anaëlle took care of me , she was really professional , competent and nice . The office is really clean . I highly recommend !

I had a tooth extracted and despite stating I could still feel the beginning of the procedure, the doctor refused to give me additional novocaine. Two months later I am still experiencing numbness in my mouth. It was quite the traumatic experience, I will not return to this practice nor do I recommend their invasive services. Cleanings and basic care are okay though.
