Been there to register and take a photo, got a check-up and teeth cleaning I kept the time for myself, was there 15 minutes. When I asked at the desk afterwards what is being charged in total, I was shocked by what they wanted to charge. In addition to the photo and check-up, I was charged 3x5 minutes of dental cleaning, which is impossible if I was indoors for 15 minutes in total. After I said something about it, it was quickly possible to pick up 5 minutes. I don't have a good feeling when these kinds of practices take place.

Every six months a check at Dr. Babol. He is a very knowledgeable, friendly dentist who listens well to you, puts you at ease and takes the time. The execution of the check and cleaning is also always perfect.

The assistants have no idea what they are doing. And can not listen to the patients at all. For example, it took more than 7 months before they had made the right request for my insurance because they had lost the mail and I am now being called to pay without an invoice. Maybe learn Dutch first and learn to listen for your receptionist.
