I made an appointment at this practice unfortunately due to middle ear infections, I had changed the appointment to 10 days later. 2 days after I rescheduled the appointment, they called me to ask if I would come tomorrow and I explained the situation. And yes called again before the 10 days were over, you can come that day blah blah. So said I want to cancel the whole appointment. Then I was asked why I wanted that 1 day after I canceled the appointment, I was still called again by a cheeky, screaming lady why I had canceled the appointment. I did not want to give an explanation anymore. Because I have already done that twice, and said to her that I did not like them that they constantly call me, very dominant and manipulative. I felt pressured to come anyway. Sick or not. Bah bah what a rotten practice never that I go to them. She hangs in my ear very rude. Anything but neat
