Unfortunately not very satisfied with this treatment. First of all I was kindly received. My positive first impression unfortunately went downhill. The specialist cleaned my face with a liquid that smelled of alcohol and probably contained it. During the cleansing, the specialist really pressed my face really hard, so hard that I winced in pain. This caused me to have wounds on my face 1 day after the treatment. After the treatment, I looked in the mirror and saw many impurities, I indicated this, after which the specialist tried to remove some impurities on my instructions. Unfortunately without much success. The fact that I indicated that I was not completely satisfied made her very unfriendly to me. I paid and when I arrived home I saw in my mailbox that she had indicated via treatwell that I was a "no show". Most likely so I can't leave a review and they don't have to pay treatwell ... Not exactly a nice / friendly service, so I would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone.

I had booked eyelash extensions treatment and I was helped by Annahit. I am very dissatisfied with the result of this treatment, the eyelashes are placed unevenly. The service is poor and she was always distracted by the phone during treatment. This is reflected in the result. One eye is fuller than the other. After the treatment I immediately indicated this and I was told that this is normal and that the eyelashes will be better distributed after drying. I adopted that on the basis of good faith. It had not gotten better two days later. I then contacted the salon to ask if they could look at it. I was answered very unkindly on the phone. Annahit indicated that the complaint should line up in the back of the line in addition to the regular agreements, stating that it will only be looked at, but there will be no correction, since payment has already been made. I invoked the 7 day warranty listed on the website itself of Studio 7 Days, but this was dismissed with a laugh. Furthermore, Annahit refused to offer an appropriate solution. I am very dissatisfied with the bad state of affairs at this salon. I am no longer a customer here.
