Didn't train here (yet). Hand sanitizer location not blatantly obvious on entry. Friendly receptionist. Oh! Almost forgot free parking at Q-park! for 1.5 hrs amazing!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Unprofessional staff, I went yesterday 05/11/2020 at around 8:00pm wanted to become a member of the gym and the guy at the reception told me they can’t do it there that I have to do it online. I came home and try to do it but it was not possible so I contact customer support online and they advise me to go to the location because I can subscribe there. So I went yesterday to loose my time because the guy that was working didn’t want to work.
Very bad, especially in these difficult times you should try better your potential clients.
It's an older gym, bit scruffy but nice and spacious.
Completely IGNORANT UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF ! THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BY MISTAKE AND NEVER GAVE BACK ! I was living in Osdorp Amsterdam for a while and I left the country from March 2020, as well as submitted my resignation from this gym ! I was very pleased with them until I noticed a withdrawal in my account on August 2020, 28 euros more or less. I send them an email, they answered after a day , they told me they have to communicate with the headquarters. They never answered. I send them two more emails 2 weeks ago but still nothing. Today was my last email and nothing happend again. This is unacceptable!!! The management or employees or both are completely unprofessional !!!
