They unfreeze my contract without any notice and start charging my card again even though the corona is still there. They have been charging my card during the times the gyms were closed before I froze my account (even though, the gym was physically closed). And they do not allow to cancel my membership because I had a year contract. This is unbelievable. Customer support replies with typical templated messages by email and does not try to help. There is no phone number to call. This feels like a fraud.
Basic-fit was designed for serious training. Download the app and you will get the best out of it. Good workouts and very digital.
Small but fun i train over here 3x per week
Need some new equipment because the actual looks old.
Sometimes its overcrowded (especially at 3-6 pm) but its a nice gym, with friendly staff
