Excellent Barber shop in Amsterdam
Very polite environment and very short straight forward communication in between the costumer and the member of staff . And from this point of my recently visit I give a 5 🤙
Worst service ever. Made an appointment through the phone and asked if it was OK for me to shave a little my neck even though I'm a woman. They said yeah, I was welcome. Well showed up to the appointment and first one of the guys said that the dude in charge "of doing women hair" is sick today so they can't make it. Asked if I could book an appointment for the day after. The guy without any kind of interest wrote down my telephone number and said that they will call when he gets better. When he said that I literally walked off the shop and went to unlock my bike. The guy comes out saying that the boss said they don't do womans hair. At all. I explained that I understand it's a men barber shop but I only wanted to shave my neck a little that wasn't a very complicated thing to do plus they could have told me on the phone when I booked. Avoid avoid avoid
