The best hidden gem around Amsterdam for spotting wild deer, fox and more. Lovely paths through the forest and dunes, perfect for easy hiking and to escape from busy Amsterdam.The area is used as an infiltration area for drinking water for the city of Amsterdam. Scenery changes quickly as you walk to the North Sea. My advice to you is to divert from the paved road as soon as possible, if you wish to have the best nature experience.Very much recommended! Open from sunrise to sunset. You can buy your ticket at the ticket automate, which is placed by each entrance. Price EUR 1.5.
