According to the website, if ordered before 12:00, it will be shipped the same working day. Not.....
Checked in day later: the shipment is then quickly booked with PostNL and it is said 'it was sent yesterday'. They simply lie demonstrably! Subsequently, the order was immediately canceled (order was not yet gone) and despite cancellation I receive an order, which means that it has to be returned. Bad service.
Also by telephone without direct sales, very helpful with a question about heating connection material.
Great company, very nice help and staff very nice.
