Company dont care about me, and my time. I still dont get my item because of they mistake.

Products are of very low quality and this company has no problem sending deformed and damaged items. As a good company agrees, the customer may then return the product at his own expense. Correct credit is also not that easy.
The simple return process that was discussed consists of the fact that you can send emails up to 3 times, fill in forms and then unsubscribe this information and add it to your shipment.
If you call during opening hours, you will not get anyone on the line, only a waiting line.
They reply quickly to e-mails, but you don't get any further.
It is easier to throw away a worse item than to return it.
Ordered a product on November 4, which would be delivered at the end of November. On December 15 I called myself, because I had not heard anything at all. I was asked by phone to send an email with all the information. Today I receive an email that the amount will be credited. Without further information, the order has therefore been canceled. Anyway I called again to ask if they picked up my call and email from December 15th incorrectly. I now get a very unbelievable story about not being able to deliver, logistics department, blah blah blah. And that has completely changed in 2 days. Of course.
This is completely fooling customers. This company will not get a second chance from me. Not even a second chance. Avoid this company! Very unprofessional, poor communication and you even have a feeling of being lied to.
Small tip in customer communication: be honest, sincere and clear. And stick to the agreements you make!
This company is definitely not recommended. I have been returning a product for weeks. Always fill in a return form and then, after calling a few times, I will not receive a return label by email! Supposedly their mail does not reach me. No money has yet been refunded for a product not received. When calling, they promise to solve it immediately, but that does not happen. I can probably whistle for my money.
