Kamera Express Rotterdam Centrum Superstore

I bought a disposable lomography camera and it came with a damaged flash and with scratchs in the numbers. I contacted customer service explaining the conditions in which the product came and responded that they were sorry that it was not of my 'liking'. The returning policy of course is not suitable once you open the camera and make a photo.

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Courier stole the TV, signed the package for me . The store instead of requiring the gps data of the car just believed in the story. The driver said "I drove up to the address and rang the doorbell when no one opened it and drove away. I was caught up by a boy who gave all the shipment details and came back with the TV at the address. I sent a very extensive explanation to the store, about the house, cameras in the tourist park, Gps application. They completely ignored the issue. It was enough for the store to say that I am the scammer. I will add that there is no bell in the door, it is an address for a camping house :) I would categorically advise against any shopping at Camera-express. The case went to the police and a lawyer, of course.

Very poor service never answer the phones or return emails I would not use this company. Where is my order

I had an issue so I reached out to their customer service and asked for help. Talked to 5-6 different customer service employees. Nobody is doing anything for the customer. They are all nice, they pretend, but they are seemed to be trained to be against the customer. Good job, will do my business elsewhere next time for sure!

Super helpful. For those of you expats, be warned, the model numbers you expect may not be the model you get. Ask for the differences—they might matter to you. Also, ask for help. Don’t wait for someone to approach you.
