Do not keep agreements made. Called to have a fan replaced. KvW first sent a mechanic who could not replace but found that the fan was broken. I already knew that. The mechanic did not add anything to value. I didn't call for a second opinion for a replacement. I then ordered to replace the fan on the condition that I do not pay 75 euros in so-called "maintenance" for driving past and found that the fan was broken. After 6 (!) Months, this company returns with a comment that an agreement has never been made about not paying the 75 euros and that it must still be paid. Extremely unprofessional.

They installed the underfloor heating with us. They have tried indd to get it warm with us by replacing and applying After 3 years we were called a de vloerverwarmingspecialist.nl called it turned out that everything seemed not to be tuned via infrared camera, 2nd the floor heating of the bathroom was placed directly underneath the boiler so indd as I always indicated to be the swallow farm. now everything is well tuned the bathroom underfloor heating removed plus another thermostaten, since they have given each floor their own thermostat, which I also indicated at the time, from experience of our old house Now I do not understand why this is never properly tuned by Cancer and erasure, plus bad installation of the badkm floor, plus why never have extra thermostats Come this by accident because I am looking for a plumber and would like it through this way still have to go to Lobster and van Wissen, because it was a pretty cost where they fell under warranty !!!!

It used to be a top business, nowadays terrible. If agreements are not fulfilled, do the minimum if they do agree. Send ignorant people who in this case have left my mother with lukewarm water for months. After having been a customer for about 20 years, it is really over.
