What an unpredictable mess, the Playmobil among the door openers. Multiple failures per week for more than 2 years. Most technicians are friendly but apparently unable to troubleshoot the equipment. It often takes days before someone shows up at all from their "24 hour service", and when it works again, it quickly leaves. Then you already know that it will take no more than 2 days for the next outage. And that's how it has been for more than 2 years! Downright unprofessional.

A spring had broken in the lock of our outer door. I sent them an email asking if they could deliver that spring. They immediately sent a new feather. What a great service!

Last year called Nemef for information. Received extensive explanation about the different products and versions. Called last week because I had dropped part of the door hardware when disassembling (for painting). The part was damaged and a replacement part was sent without charge. Excellent service.
