The women are very kind and helpful but sometimes there's one man who mistreats me badly. I can't describe how rude he is to me every time I go. Even for the simplest question I get the worst answer. When I'm trying to talk to the ladies (to avoid him) he gets involved. Some people should not be in a customer faced role.

Really unfriendly stuff. I recomend you to go to any other place before this one. And i gave 1 start because there is not a lower option.

Went anyway to this Bruna for a long time anyway because that man actually never really helps me. Always curt and grumpy towards me .. Now I have sent a super important package (registered, sticker purchased in advance at another branch), but no good shipping information was included on the shipping receipt. So now I don't know where my package is! Terrible!!! NEVER come here!

Wrong information is provided and errors are made when sending (returning) packages.
