I ordered a Huawei charger from the website, but it didn't work that well after a few weeks. Only sent an email last week and had a response within an hour stating that a new copy would be sent. Very nice that it could be arranged like this; top service!

Customer service = 10 out of 10! Ordered the wrong charger, but helped well and now I have the right one. Return at your own expense, but that should be normal right?

Initially disappointed by a cheap and defective charger, but due to the top customer service I already had a working copy in my letterbox a few days later!
