There is this stupid guy which didn't accept my Maestro debit card (the same I use in ALL STORES in Rotterdam) because he didn't know the bank.

Good service, but all sandwiches (especially bagels and pretzels) have simply been in the oven for too long. I often get a pretzel at the booth at the trade show, but I just leave it on, not tasty and tough. Do you use a different baking time or do you simply not keep a close eye on them?

A few times a sandwich here, usually fine but the last time had a mouth full of sand because they had not washed the lettuce.

WORST BACKWORK EVER! Totally unfriendly and the sandwiches really don't look good! I don't know what those girls are doing there, but at least not their job!

The website says that this location will open at 6:30 .... it is now 7:02 and it is not open yet. Not the first time, very unreliable.
