Fairly uninterested staff. In my experience, no customer treatment, but just mass production. Ordered four hot sandwiches, 3 of which were not warm !! After drawing attention to this, they came up with a weak explanation for this, "that most people have no patience and therefore do not heat it for long." Strange, because we really sat down and ordered a cup of coffee ... then we take the time for it anyway ... After warming up again, they came back with a lukewarm reaction 'those people thought it was cold' and 'I'll just bring it'. The other bun had a plastic taste. That came from the panini grill, unlike the others that came from the oven. I can put even more feeling into it, but I limit it to this because the image is clear. We will eat something different next time, that is clear !! As far as I am concerned, they are not worth the name Klootwijk, because we clearly had different experiences at other locations.

Sandwiches and smootie are delicious ... and there is a cozy space to eat your sandwich there

Tasty sandwiches and friendly staff. Do not come there every day, but those times we walk by always have a sandwich.

Apple turnovers, according to me, they were old, were very dry and tasted like cardboard.
