Pleasant atmosphere and the staff are always courteous, but we simply can't open an account here. They tell us to expect a mailing in 7-10 business days, but nothing arrives, and when we call to ask about our account status, the representatives don't seem very informed about how they can help us. For some reason I've found that the smaller local banks are much better at keeping their promises.

Outside office hours, only by debit card, no deposit. You are relatively safe, lots of camera surveillance.

Very bad for a city like Oosterhout that the ING office is closed. Open in Dongen, please. How difficult it can be to organize something in terms of corona.

The site is open, well yesterday to deposit, it is still closed due to corona. How difficult is it to hang splash screens and a sign with 3a4 people inside.
