August 2019 we had an advisory meeting with Jan, to be informed, without obligation, about the refinancing of our mortgage and the realization of financing for a renovation. Had a very nice and professional conversation with Jan Mahn, clear and in understandable language. We thought about it for a while, but still took the big step, and were helped very well in this whole process by Jan, who does not give you sales talks and looked at our wishes and needs. Now several months later, we have a new mortgage and adjustments to our house (.new bathroom kitchen, among others).
