ING Bank

I tried to have an appointement at this bank - which is often empty - in order to open an account, I had an appointement 3 weeks later. At the begining they requested my BSN and my ID. 3 weeks later, I went to my appointement and and every person I talk to, require different documentation from the ones stated on the official ING website. Even different from their own written documentation that I have been provided at the first day. EXTREMELY poor and bad customer service, I felt neglected and disregarded and misinformed. If I could give 0 stars I'd do, I went to another bank and got sorted in few minutes. Don't go to ING Alexander, they will only waste your time.

I have been to this bank trying to open an account and every person I talk to, they require different documents from the ones written in the website. Even different from the written documentation. Zero customer care skills, no common procedure, every bank employee follows their own procedures and likes or dislikes. Deeply discouraged from all these misunderstandings caused by them.

I had fantastic service when setting up an account. Would happily recommend to friends
