May 2019 acute toothache. My request was to pull the tooth. They didn't do that. It is her duty to save every tooth, I was told, noble pursuit, but of my money. More had to be done. Request to keep it cheap not heard. Choose filled anyway. Back at the weekend with a lot of trouble, still the molar. I wanted to put on my coat and was asked to sit back. She started to show me how to brush my teeth. Costs 13 euros that I have not asked for. Other molars filled. Normally I do not use anesthesia, unsolicited anesthesia, I felt that she was looking. The result is inflammation and antibiotics. Because of my important resistance, I have been charged 3 times the dental hygienist, with the high other costs. The dental hygienist is credited, the other unnecessary costs were not negotiable. Now for 6 months further enormous toothache on the tooth that she has treated. I am distraught because I cannot pay a dentist. Certainly not when they are fiddling with it, and I am the child of the bill. I don't have a good word for it, while I have been a customer of Bert Rutgers who went there for 40 years.

Great practice !! I am not a hero at the dentist, but I feel understood and reassured by the ladies at the counter. The dentist explains what he is going to do and takes the time, I hardly felt anything about the injection before the anesthetic !! My 2 teenagers also go to the dentist without comment, so I can absolutely recommend the practice 👍
