Incomprehensible! My partner and I wanted to register again and had an appointment, which unfortunately had to be rescheduled: 2x because my partner had a cold (which was also just a cold) and so I was not allowed to go. The 3rd time I only had an appointment but couldn't go because I was tested positive for Covid-19. Since I never got hold of anyone by phone, I sent an email to cancel this appointment. The practice did not receive this and I was called by the assistant who was very curt and we were asked to find another dentist because the 3 appointments could not take place. Really, given the current situation, this is really incomprehensible to me!

I have been going to the dentist at TandenZorg Terheijden since I was 2 years old. The employees are always friendly and put you at ease and you never have to wait long. Only good experiences!
