Van Alpen & Roest helped us with our new home. Plumbing, underfloor heating, drainage, solar panels and ventilation have been installed to great satisfaction. High-quality materials, excellent technicians and also very clear in communication. Small problems were also solved quickly and adequately. I can heartily recommend Van Alphen & Roest!

After I had a fault with my central heating boiler, I contacted van Alphen and Roest. After scheduling an appointment, the technician showed up in accordance with agreement 10-12-2018 and went straight to work. After 45 minutes, the technician was ready and the boiler was filled, adjusted and trouble-free, herewith those who did need maintenance , I had planned this right away. the invoice amounted to 45.38 Since they were busy with disruptions, I could only get maintenance on my boiler 2 months later. To my surprise, after 10 minutes the engineer had already completed the maintenance of the boiler and had only replaced a gasket while the previous x still was: should there also be a new ionization pin? I had to pay 102.97 for this 10-minute maintenance. (6.59 ex VAT for the parts) 78.51 for the maintenance performed How is it possible that I have to pay 45.38 for 45 minutes and work for 102 minutes 102.97? In my eyes I am being scammed here, before anything is done. I have had e-mail contact with Van Alphen en Roest who responded very differently to my questions, had to repeat my questions several times to get an answer, as a final answer I received: Mechanic says that maintenance can never be carried out in 10 minutes + it is a standard rate for maintenance? or it is suggested that I lie. What is also typical and confusing is that they have specified one invoice down to the last detail and the other virtually none. I ended up looking at it with a third party who found that there was no complete maintenance. The only thing that has been done is to replace the gasket. this is NOT done: Syfon not cleaned Boiler does not vacuum Do not replace the ionization pen Do not replace the rest of the gasket set Flue gas analysis measurement Check high and low burner pressure A whole list, therefore, if you do not have the knowledge of a central heating boiler, pay attention to a complete maintenance, they are at least really an hour and not 10 minutes! After I confronted Van Alphen en Roest with photos and information, they eventually lowered the bill to 46, - They have lost me as a customer Through this review I want to warn you about these practices of Van Alphen and Roest!
