As reported to the spokesperson / owner of this company I would write a reference on it to my experience; not dealing correctly with (new) customers. Sent an email at the beginning of December 2020 with the request as a new customer for an appointment for maintenance of CV and the minimum costs. Received a neat answer that it will no longer work this year and the minimal costs. Answered that I agree with the costs and the maintenance early next year and that I request to make an appointment. 3 weeks later sent an email how things are going and whether an appointment can still be made. Neatly received an answer, with apologies for the late response and that the technician will contact you for an appointment. 1.5 weeks later I contacted myself again that calling the technician is not entirely successful and it might be better to award another company the assignment, as we have already been busy making an appointment for 5 weeks. After all, it is already at the beginning of the third week of January and the beginning of the year, as promised it is probably not going to work anymore. Again a neat short and businesslike answer that it is now given priority to the technician. 3 days later I contacted myself again with the message for the rest not to make any more effort for me and promised that I will make an effort myself to write this reference. As an answer I got back that it is very unfortunate and maintenance is simply not a priority. Good luck with someone else. (Serious!!??) If making an appointment / scheduling a date is difficult and company policy maintenance is not a priority, I envision a bleak future for this company. That last 'success with someone else' has certainly succeeded, Concurrent approached on 22-01 and 28-01 (today) it was carried out. Fortunately, it is still possible. In short, if you don't mind being on the line or would like to be disappointed, you've come to the right place. If you don't want that, find someone else. If you only have central heating maintenance, do not bother them here, because maintenance is not a priority. This is where they probably spring into action if it's broken. In any case, wouldn't take it into account.

Do not keep to an appointment to make an offer, even after several telephone calls and emails. While he promised to come. Do not continue to beg for their help. If they treat customers with a leak like this. Simply bad experiences with appointments.
