Again a neat short and businesslike answer that it is now given priority to the technician. 3 days later I contacted myself again with the message for the rest not to make any more effort for me and promised that I will make an effort myself to write this reference. As an answer I got back that it is very unfortunate and maintenance is simply not a priority. Good luck with someone else. (Serious!!??) If making an appointment / scheduling a date is difficult and company policy maintenance is not a priority, I envision a bleak future for this company.
