Not worth one star yet !! I would like to inform everyone not to order here. My experience says enough: A few months ago we ordered many articles from this company. Delivery was fast, but unfortunately not everything was correct. I sent an e-mail about this, I received a parcel label (which was only valid that day) to return the parcel. That day I was not able to return the package, and I found it hassle so, to be honest, I had been a bit lax to email again. Then I emailed again after a while. I received an email at 11.30 pm with a parcel label for that day (valid until that day at the latest), it seems difficult to find which PostNL point is open until midnight. So again I couldn't use this label. Mr. from this company told me he was not going to send another parcel label because I let it expire. Indeed I was lax, but not all times I could do something about it. So this certainly does NOT seem CUSTOMER FRIENDLY to me. Now we had agreed (by phone) because he responded quite briefly by e-mail that we would return the package via PostNL. Then he would send the correct items and refund us the amount of the post NL package. We thought we had finally resolved it, but then the package arrived. The articles were correct but the number was not. So then we contacted again by e-mail that the number is not correct and that we would like to have the amount of the package refunded. Their answer: If you had looked closely at the invoice, you will see that I have done more to offset the shipping costs. SORRY???? This went so far for me! Time and time again, he fails to keep his promises. How reliable are you as a company? All doors were locked on me and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with them AGAIN. So unjustified. This has been made clear by e-mail that we really do not want this. (the items that were now delivered much too late, no longer had any value to us). We were informed by e-mail that we are blocked and can never order again. It seems very striking to me to be able to do this as a company, but that does not matter to us. We are very disappointed that such a company cannot provide customer service!
