Nobody work here. In avis, sixt, herz, enterprise, budget, alamo everybody work but not in europcar. On 14:00 nobody is in work!

The worst car rental in world!!! It's 13:29 and nobody work in this place. We wait from 1 hour!! Open hours is 08:00 - 18:00 but only on the visit card!

Absolutely dreadful. Rented a car and arrived just after six to find out that they close at this airport branch at 6pm. Fair enough, I should have checked. I left them a voicemail, letting them know that I didn't realise they close early and I would come to pick up the car the next day early afternoon and to please honor the booking. Arriving, the counter was not occupied. So I rang the number, explained the situation and being told that "it doesn't work like this". And in fact it would take him a while to get to the counter and he couldn't promise a car. They didn't ring back to honor my voice message, no email or text nothing. I know full well that I should have checked opening hours (I picked up a lot of cars from other companies at this location but never had an issue so didn't check), however the tone of voice, the willingness to provide a service or trying to help a customer was more than poor. so, end of the story, never got a car and now a brand new Avis customer (who at this branch I can highly recommend).
